Replenishment comes to those who wait on the Lord. They will find themselves rescued from all frailties associated with the flesh, and be rejuvenated from head to toe, shoulder to shoulder, and front to back! This is Kingdom living. This is your reward for being a good servant.
For those who are brave enough to search through all the rubble, will find themselves reaching great heights of ecstasy, available only to those who have waited, who have trusted, and who have denied themselves much in the way of earthly pleasures in order to please their King. It comes to those who have been obedient to God’s laws and commands – it comes to those with a faithful heart.
Those who dedicate their lives in all its fullness to serving the Lord God Almighty will come to enjoy many rewards that simply are not available to the average person. Much will be asked of you on this journey, but by endurance and patience, and by the grace of God, you will experience much freedom and joy, and a release from many of the restrains that initially held you back in the beginning. Luke 12:48 “Much is required from the person to whom much is given, much more is required from the person to whom much more is given.”
While we are waiting for these things to manifest in our lives, it helps to know and understand that the ways of the Kingdom bring much peace and sustaining power to us. The joy of the Lord really is our strength! (Neh 8:10). We are strong and mighty by the power of God! We can do all things in Christ who strengthens us. (Phil 4:13). He strengthens us individually and also corporately within the Body of Christ. As a Nation of followers, we are being redeemed in His sight. Revelation 5:9-10 NKJV ‘And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For you were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.” His followers will live, rule and reign on the Earth. He is making us priests and Kings. He is raising up the Saints.
2 Thessalonians 1:3-12 NKJV “We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other, so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure, which is manifest evidence of the righteous judgement of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer; since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed. Therefore we also pray, always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power, that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.” Amen.
PS 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 NKJV “Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.” Amen.
All glory as always to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for these words today. Amen.
